Turbox cm2290 Board bricked

HI,

We’ve received a new Turbox CM2290 development kit
power it, and it started booting

Then we downloaded a prebuild images package from the link given in the document, tc-j2la-2410-_turbox-cm2290-dk_la-software-release-notes-for-la1-0-1-post-cs-r002004-_20211215_v1-0-2.pdf

and put the board in fastboot mode.

while flashing using fastboot, the process got terminated while flashing partition:0

We powered off the board and power on again, but the board doesn’t boot. There are no logs in debug console

Please suggest a way to recover the board
